Report a Player
Use this form to report an account for violating the Terms of Service.
What can be reported
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats
- Cheating, hacking, or using exploits used in matches on the platform - This includes performing game modifications outside of the game's defined rule set
- Fraud, scams, or any real-money trading related to the platform
- Doxxing, sharing personal information about another player without their consent
- Grooming of minors by any account holder on our platform - These cases will be reported to law enforcement promptly
Note: False reports, repeated reports, or deliberate false accusations may affect your own standing.
Where the rules are enforced
Invid.au reserves the right to suspend any member's account for violating the principals set out in our Terms of Service.
User behaviour from the below sources (but not limited to) will be considered:
- On platform communications - chat, messages, profile activity, forum posts, etc.
- Game server chat
- Invid.au Discord server
How to submit a report
Reports can be submitted via the Contact Us page, or by emailing [email protected] directly.
What to include
- Type of violation - cheating, fraud/scams, grooming/sexual harassment, hate speech, bullying, real-money trading, doxxing
- The platform(s) or event(s) where this occurred - On platform, on game server, etc.
- Relevant information about the platform/event - Match reference, screenshot of occurrence, direct link
- Offending player(s) Invid.au username, and other members involved
- The date/time of occurrence
- Frequency of occurrence
- Evidence media - Clips, screenshots, chat logs, etc.
- Additional relevant context
What happens after submitting
Reports will be reviewed by an admin, triaged by category and severity.
You'll receive an email update if any action has been taken as a result of the report.
